You can enjoy "Appleton," a pork cut characterized by its sweet fat and tender texture, in two varieties: pork belly and pork loin.

Our menu features homemade meatballs, mushrooms, and vegetables to complement the meat, along with chopped green onions as a garnish, as well as wagyu beef inari sushi and warming chawanmushi (steamed egg custard).

Our restaurant has a 2-hour seating limit starting from your reservation time.

Regarding the time of day when the length of stay is shorter

Due to closing times and last order policies, reservations made after the following times will result in a dining time of less than two hours.

Lunch: Reservations accepted from 12:30 PM onwards (closing time 2:00 PM)

Dinner: Reservations accepted from 19:30 onwards (closing time 21:00)
