■ Shabu-shabu and hot pot ingredients (32 items in total)

Akita Prefecture-produced Akita pork (belly and loin) and homemade Akita pork meatballs

Local flavors: Kiritanpo (rice cakes), Obi Konnyaku (konjac jelly) from Daisen, and Fujikura-san's tofu.

• Carefully selected vegetables: Green onions for seasoning / Shiitake mushrooms from Akita Prefecture / Wood ear mushrooms from Yokote, etc.

■ A la carte dishes and appetizers (27 items in total)

Japanese-style beef stew / Homemade steamed egg custard with shrimp / Grilled yam with seafood

- Akita misokko cheese / Iburigakko (smoked pickled radish) / Chicken skin with ponzu sauce, etc.

■ Fried foods (9 items in total)

- Deep-fried Akita pork with soy sauce / Tempura of Yukiguni maitake mushrooms / Deep-fried eggplant in broth, etc.

◆Regarding seating time

Normally, there is a 2-hour time limit (last order at 90 minutes).

However, lunch service ends at 2:00 PM and dinner service ends at 9:00 PM, so last orders will be taken then.

If you make a reservation after the following times, your all-you-can-eat time will be shortened.

*Lunch: Reservations accepted from 12:30 onwards.

*Dinner: Reservations for 19:30 onwards

To ensure you can fully enjoy your experience, please make your reservation with ample time to spare.
